A great way to update your kitchen in a cost effective way is to replace your kitchen backsplash. You don't have to do a complete remodel to your kitchen to freshen it up. Maybe you aren't wild about your current backsplash. You can install a new more up-to-date one that will liven up your kitchen. However, be careful, your drywall may get damaged in the process and you may need to install new drywall or resurface the surface. Perhaps you don't want a backsplash at all. You can always remove it, fix the drywall, and paint the area. This is a great and cost effective way to give your kitchen a new look.
