HT EP 36: Should I Remodel or Just Sell?
Whether or not you are going to remodel before selling your home really depends on how long it is going to be before you plan on selling. Don't remodel if you are going to sell in less than 3 years. It just won't be worth the investment. However, if you aren't planing on selling for 5-10 years than a bathroom or kitchen remodel might be a good idea. When you remodel and know you will be moving in the not to distant future, stay with a classic look that won't be out of date to soon.
