You've lucked out, below are two main categories to consider when deciding to sign a contract with a trades professional. I have over 32 years of being in business, so I've seen my fair share of good and not-so-good people to consider to hire. Besides making sure you get referral list, go and actually call the people on the list. Also check out their social media referrals too. And sometimes even more important and telling is making sure your contractor carries both general liability and workmans compensation insurance. It is a state law to carry both, and most don't. A true tradesman carries both of these insurance coverages.
